If you need new glasses or old ones repaired or reglazed, we can help. Our in-house glazing lab and repairs service mean we can provide a quick, high-quality service to both patients and non-patients.

New glasses in an hour

If you’re in urgent need of new glasses or just don’t have time to wait around, you can use our express glasses service. With a huge range of frames and lenses in stock, most orders can be ready in just an hour. We can also fit new lenses into your old frames, saving you money and enabling you to keep your favourite designer frames if you need a new prescription. Note that not all frames can be reglazed in an hour and reglazing is carried out at your own risk.

Repairs and adjustments

If your glasses are broken or causing you discomfort, you can arrange to bring them to us for repair or adjustment. We can easily do things like replace missing nose pads, replace broken or missing screws, and make adjustments to alignment. Our skilled technicians can fix all sorts of issues so whatever the problem, we’ll take a look and advise you on the time and cost to fix it. We do repairs in our in-house lab, so you won’t have to wait long to have your glasses back, good as new.

Open to everyone

You don’t need to be registered as a patient to order new glasses or bring your broken glasses to us to be fixed. Just make sure you can provide an up-to-date prescription if you’re ordering lenses.
